New Year, new plans

With the new year rolling in I have decided to add another option to the training plans that I offer. In addition to event specific plans for beginners I have started to work on a set of advanced plans. These plans will have more challenging workouts and are aimed to be used by athletes that have competed in their selected sport for some time. These workouts will be difficult and will push each athlete to reach their full potential.

At the moment I am focusing on creating a plan for triathletes, specifically for athletes competing at the 70.3 distance. I do hope to have an advanced plan for cyclist as well as for half marathon athletes by the end of the first quarter of the year. The goal for all of these plans is to make sure that we help you reach all of your goals. Last year we were able to work with and help so many athletes and I am looking forward to another successful year.

As always I am here to answer any questions that you may have about any plan that is currently offered or that will be offered in the future.
